• Challenge: BLKCTY wanted to create an event page to cater to current Twin Cities African American residents, African Americans that recently moved to the cities and African American visitors in way that engaged users, made events easily searchable, and event posting easy.
• Process: After drafting questions to guide my research which included all the methods below,I determined important features,
sketched wireframes, digitized my wireframes and created aninteractive prototype.
• Solution: An Interactive prototype of what the website could look like based on user research utilizing thelisted methods.

Group Project: ReveAcademy, Non-Profit providing students with leadership and real-worldexperience on digital

• Challenge:Reve Academy is creating a new entrepreneurship program and wanted to make sure that they incorporated student
feedback into the creation of the new program.
• Process: A team 3 other designers and I, reviewed how Reve Academy was currently collecting feedback, their plans for an entrepreneurship program and developed a plan to research the ways in which students liked to be engaged.
• Solution:Our team hosted a design thinking workshop, developed an E-Book for suggestions on what should be included in the entrepreneurship program based on feedback , as well as ways students like to be engaged ,and created an interactive prototype of a tool that can be used to plan courses with student feedback. Methods:Deep Dive, Interviews, Design Thinking Workshop. Tools:Keynote, Microsoft Word, Sketch, Google Docs.
