ABOUT ME
My Journey to UX
After attending the University of Minnesota for coursework in African & African American Studies and Urban Studies, I became an AmeriCorps member and spent a number of years doing Economic Development work.
I’ve always loved design, however not a graphic or an interior designer by trade I wondered how I fit into that world. When I learned about User Experience Design, things changed and shortly after I attended Prime Digital Academy.
I have found regardless of the work that I am doing, I’ve always leaned towards innovation, sought out the why, enjoyed coming up with new ideas, and planning out projects.
A creative problem solver and design strategist, I am passionate about creating opportunities and enhancing communities. I enjoy engaging projects at all stages of the design process, but am particularly skilled in facilitation, strategy and research.
